If you'd like to return or exchange any item from your Villefit order, please reach out to our Care Team within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Your Order Number
- Delivery Address
- Reason for the return/exchange (In case of a defective or incorrect item, please attach a clear image of the product)
Here's how the process works:
- We'll arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
- Once we receive the product and complete a quality check, we'll dispatch the replacement within 2 business days.

Please ensure the returned product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and labels intact.
