Please note: We do not entertain any exchange or return requests over the phone.

If you wish to exchange or return a product, please reach out to us via email within 2 days of receiving your order.

Important Information:

  • We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.
    • Three failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
    • Package refused by the recipient (in case of prepaid orders).
  • We only accept size exchanges for our products.
  • Refunds are applicable only in cases where an incorrect product or incorrect size has been delivered.
