If you wish to exchange or return a product, please reach out to us via email within 2 days of receiving your order.
Important Information:
- We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.
- Three failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
- Package refused by the recipient (in case of prepaid orders).
- We only accept size exchanges for our products.
- Refunds are applicable only in cases where an incorrect product or incorrect size has been delivered.
